While the tradition of Nouveau honors the first press of grapes and the release of new wines, our Harvest Dinner continues that spirit of celebration. Together, we’ll raise a glass to the end of harvest, the promise of the new vintage, and the craftsmanship that brings our wines to life.

Harvest Dinner
Join us on Friday, November 7th as we celebrate the end of another bountiful harvest season and the debut of our new wines! Enjoy a memorable evening in the Loft, featuring a Five Course Dinner, Wine Tastings and Live Music in true Gideon Owen style.

First Course: Seared Scallops with Butternut Purée:
Delicately seared scallops served atop a silky butternut squash purée, accented with a hint of spice and autumn warmth. Paired with Chardonel 2024 -bright and aromatic, balancing richness with crisp, refreshing notes. -
Second Course: Pumpkin and Sage Soup:
A velvety pumpkin soup infused with fresh sage and a touch of cream, the perfect tribute to fall’s bounty. Paired with Chardonnay Reserve 2023 -elegant and smooth, with layers of oak and vanilla complementing the soup’s earthy sweetness. -
Third Course: Heirloom Apple and Arugula Salad:
A vibrant mix of heirloom apples, peppery arugula, creamy goat cheese, and candied walnuts, finished with a cider-honey vinaigrette. Paired with Pinot Noir 2023 -light-bodied and graceful, highlighting the balance of sweet, tart, and savory flavors. -
Fourth Course: Choice of Entrée

A decadent finale of chocolate and hazelnut, topped with a drizzle of tart blackberry coulis for balance and brightness. Paired with Meritage Reserve 2021 — lush and layered, a luxurious ending to a truly memorable meal.
