GRAPE TO BOTTLE IS A MONTHY WINE EVENT

From February to October, at the end of each month, Join us for our Grape to Bottle —an event like no other. Learn firsthand from our winemaker about the history of Gideon Owen, our wine cellar, and vineyards, and discover the process of how grapes evolve into your bottle. Also, be the first to taste the future of Gideon Owen by tasting our reserve and award-winning wines! Reserve a spot and celebrate 150 years of Catawba Island Wine with us!

TIME: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

NOTE: ENDING TIME MAY VARY

TICKETS: $40 per person

Please note that the Vineyards are Farmland and the ground may be uneven | The Lower Cellars are Not ADA Accessible

February: Blind Wine Tasting Night

An evening of "blind" surprise award-winning wine tastings. Challenge your wine tasting skills and try to identify each wine paired with delicious food pairings.

March: Red Wine In The Historic Cellars

Taste multiple red wine vintages side by side in our 154 year old wine cellars. Enjoy delicious food pairing bites to compliment each red wine.

April: Four Vintages Tasting

Experience side-by-side white wine tastings of four consecutive vintages. Paired with delicious charcuterie.

May: Rosé All May

Taste multiple styles of Rose wine made from both different grape varieties and vintages. Paired with delicious charcuterie.

June: Sparkling Wine

Be one of the first to taste Gideon Owen's new sparkling wine. Enjoy delicious pairings and learn the history of the past champagne production that once took place in the historic Gideon Owen wine cellars.

July: Wine and Cheesecake

Enjoy delectable samples of our homemade cheesecake bites. Paired with select Gideon Owen wines.

August: Pre-Harvest Celebration

Experience a preview of the wine production and crush pad on the eve of harvest with the winemaker. See firsthand where all the Gideon Owen wine is made. Sip award-winning wines paired with charcuterie.
