Celebrate the flavors of the season at Gideon Owen Wine Company with an elegant Spring Wine Dinner. This special evening features a thoughtfully crafted five-course menu, with each course perfectly paired with a Gideon Owen wine personally recommended by our winemaker, Brad Indoe.

Begin the evening with Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, followed by Ricotta Ravioli with spring peas and lemon butter, and a fresh Strawberry & Burrata Salad highlighting the bright flavors of spring.

For the main course, guests will choose one of three seasonal entrées:
• Cauliflower Steak with sweet pea purée and mint
• Apricot Dijon Glazed Salmon with spring asparagus and potatoes
• Pan-Seared Chicken Breast with truffle beurre blanc and spring vegetables

Finish the night with a decadent Dark Chocolate Mousse with macerated blackberries.
