Cabernet Sauvignon Releases Friday, April 8
Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the widely recognized red wine grape varieties, and our new G.O. Cabernet Sauvignon is very light. It has notes of red fruit, boysenberry, and a hint of spice.
You'll love to pair it with our French Onion Soup, Filet Mignon or Blacken Salmon. On April 8, stop in to taste this new wine in the Chalet or Tirage Wine Bar.
Cabernet Franc Releases Friday, April 15
Cabernet Franc is a parent grape of the famous Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our new G.O. Cabernet Franc is medium body and has notes of plum and cherry.
Pair our G.O. Cabernet Franc with the delicious Steak & Frites, Prime Rib, or the Black and Bleu Burger. We'll release this new wine on April 15 in the Chalet and the Tirage Wine Bar.
White Blend Releases Friday, April 29
The G.O. White Blend will be ready to taste at the end of April. This blend has notes of pineapple, pear, banana, and butterscotch. It's off-dry with a kiss of oak. The perfect glass for nights on our patio.
