In our next hands-on cooking class, you’ll be transported to Bella Italia for a night of fabulous food and LIVE opera music! Come dressed in your theatre best and join us in the Gideon Owen Loft, where we have transformed the space into an Opera House!
We’ll slow down and savor a delicious and healthy Italian meal in six acts (courses): Aperitivo (cocktail & nosh), Antipasto (starter), Primi (homemade pasta dish), Secondi (salad), Dolce (dessert) and Digestivo (Liquor).
We begin with a Prosecco (Italian Champagne) Meet & Greet. Next, we’ll spotlight the Aperitivo with a lesson in Italian cocktail making along with Antipasto. Then we’ll handroll a fresh pasta dish and a classic Italian Chop Salad. We’ll end with a lesson on making Limoncello as we savor delicious Gelato and Biscotti from Toscana.
Finally, enjoy a selection of red and white wines as we revel in LIVE performances by our professional opera tenor, Mickey Erdos.
